Most appointments can be booked online, including routine eye tests, children’s vision assessments and contact-lens reviews.
For new flashes or floaters or a painful red eye, seek urgent assessment rather than relying on routine online booking. Call the clinic for advice during opening hours; if you cannot obtain timely care, seek an emergency service. For sudden vision loss, sudden double vision or a serious eye injury, go to an emergency department promptly.
We aim to make the process calm, clear and practical, especially when something feels worrying or confusing.

Street parking is available nearby. Reservoir is easily reached from surrounding northern suburbs including Preston, Thomastown, Coburg, Bundoora and Thornbury.
