Appointments
How do I book an eye test?
Most appointments can be booked online, including routine eye tests, children’s vision assessments and contact-lens reviews.
For new flashes or floaters or a painful red eye, seek urgent assessment rather than relying on routine online booking. Call the clinic for advice during opening hours; if you cannot obtain timely care, seek an emergency service. For sudden vision loss, sudden double vision or a serious eye injury, go to an emergency department promptly.
For help choosing an appointment type, call during opening hours. For non-urgent questions about lens options or glasses repairs, phone, email or WhatsApp the practice.
