Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to be happy with your glasses and contact lenses. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Prescription adaptation

It can take time to adjust to a new prescription, particularly for multifocal lenses, significant prescription changes, prism corrections or first-time wearers.

If you are experiencing difficulties adapting to your new glasses, please contact us as soon as possible. We may recommend an adjustment, review appointment or prescription check.

Manufacturing faults

If a frame or lens develops a manufacturing fault, please bring it back to the practice for assessment.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace or otherwise remedy the issue in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Prescription spectacles and prescription lenses are custom-made products and generally cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

If you have concerns about your purchase, please speak with our team. We will always try to find a reasonable solution where possible.

Contact lenses

Unopened boxes of contact lenses may be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened contact lens boxes and trial lenses cannot generally be returned.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where required by law.
