We can fix many common glasses problems in-store.
Not every broken pair needs to be replaced. We keep a range of spare parts and repair tools on hand, and we can often help with small but important fixes while you wait.
Loose or missing screws
Tiny screw gone missing? We may be able to replace it and secure the frame again.
Nose pads and comfort
We can replace many nose pads and adjust the fit so your glasses sit more comfortably.
Bent or crooked frames
If your glasses are sitting unevenly, slipping, pinching or feeling odd, they may simply need adjustment.
Frame rescue
We have a treasure trove of spare parts.
Sometimes a frame arm, screw, pad arm or small fitting can be replaced or adapted using parts we already have in-store.

Can you repair glasses on the spot?
Sometimes, yes. Simple repairs such as screws, nose pads, tightening and basic adjustments can often be done quickly.
Can you fix glasses bought somewhere else?
Yes, you are welcome to bring them in. We will assess the frame and let you know what is possible.
Should I repair my old glasses or buy new ones?
It depends on the age, condition and value of the frame and lenses. If repair is sensible, we will say so. If replacement is the better option, we will tell you that too.
